I joined the U.S. Army in 1989 as an infantry private, beginning a military career that would shape my life and my understanding of leadership, responsibility, and service.
After leaving the Army in 1993, I attended Georgia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 1997. At graduation, I commissioned as a second lieutenant in Army Aviation and went on to fly Black Hawk helicopters.
Over my military career, I deployed to the Gulf War, served three deployments to Iraq, and deployed to Afghanistan. My qualifications and honors include the Combat Infantryman Badge, Army aviation wings, Parachutist Badge, Parachute Rigger Badge, and three Bronze Star Medals. I also earned a Master of Education focused on instructional design and instruction in 2007. I retired as a lieutenant colonel after 27 years of military service.
Today, I continue my commitment to service through my work in JROTC, helping young people develop leadership, accountability, and confidence in their potential. My military experience and education inform how I teach, solve problems, and approach new challenges.
I’m also an entrepreneur, a builder, and a practical philosopher. I’m interested in how people think, how ideas connect, and how understanding becomes action. I founded 6STUDIO7 to bring that curiosity together with my experience through media, technology, and creative projects.
One of those projects is Crypto Battle Buddy. I conceived its purpose, shaped its design, and directed and tested its development using AI-assisted tools. Its emphasis on preparation, personal responsibility, and reflection carries forward principles that have guided me throughout my life.
Through 6STUDIO7, I’m continuing to serve, create, and learn—bringing a lifetime of experience to new possibilities. Crypto Battle Buddy is one part of that journey. More ideas are taking shape across technology, media, and creative work, and I look forward to sharing them as they become reality.
Start Calm. Stay Strong.
